Hi! I just received my colors yesterday and I can't thank you enough for your help!! The whole process went very smoothly & I even scored some nice decals, a file & other goodies!! I'm frustrated though b/c I just did a mani and the color didn't change :( I even ran my hands under hot water, then cold water and no change at all...(I used TPT010) I couldn't find anything online about this brand "not working" do you have any thoughts? Thank you... :)

How about other colors that you ordered? I just want to make sure if this is the only color that does not change =)
