Tonight i am showing you the MEGAN Holo Glitters made by Kirsten from ALL THAT GLITTERS. I have chosen to layer Space Rock over a black base. It is actually suitable to layer over any color because it has a very light pearly base (almost clear base) with gunmetal holo glitters in various sizes.
